We’re seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Consultant to play a key role in the design, build, and delivery of innovative SAP solutions across end-to-end project lifecycles. This role blends strong technical configuration skills with business process insight and leadership capability.
You'll work alongside a network of experienced consultants on projects that are shaping the future of enterprise systems leveraging the latest technologies and best practices to deliver real business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and integration of SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling solutions.
- Conduct FIT/GAP analysis and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and process architects.
- Customise and optimise SAP FICO modules in line with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Provide production support, including monitoring critical data feeds and resolving system incidents.
- Drive resolution of functional defects and issues through structured analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
- Implement minor system enhancements, mapping table changes, and configuration updates.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business users and power users, offering deep subject matter expertise.
- Support the planning and execution of full implementation projects, upgrades, or rollouts.

- Australian Citizenship
- Baseline Security Clearance (AGSVA)
Required Skills & Experience
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, including at least 3 full end-to-end project lifecycles.
- Deep functional expertise in SAP Finance & Controlling, with broad knowledge of related modules.
- Strong capability in process design, solution architecture, and system configuration.
- Proven experience leading client workshops and translating business requirements into SAP solutions.
- Solid understanding of SAP core data structures, financial processes, and system integration points.
- Ability to support and resolve complex functional issues and incidents.
- Strong documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Effective presentation and client engagement skills.
- A proactive, consultative approach to building relationships and solving business problems.
- A desire to step into team leadership or project management responsibilities.
