You will be working within the Brisbane City Council, Asphalt and Aggregates branch. As part of the team, you will be working on projects on various sites around Brisbane. About your new role Assisting with different trades you will be involved with work at asphalt plants, quarries and road maintenance and surfaces. The variety of this role will expand across the following labouring tasks Use screenboard to spread asphaltPerform routine pothole and sheet patching repairsGravel and asphalt pavementsAbility to work Day Shift, Night Shift when required and Weekends.Ability to maintain a safe work environment.Guide trucks and traffic while moving and tippingWhat you will need to exceed We are looking for experienced labourer asphalters with experience in a similar field services role.
