We are currently recruiting for two dedicated Cleaning Site Supervisors to oversee daily cleaning operations and minor facilities tasks at two premier school campuses. We have one vacancy based in Collingwood Park and one vacancy based in Thornlands.
In this role, you won't just sit behind a desk—you will lead from the front, coordinating a passionate team while keeping the campus looking its absolute best for students, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
As the Site Supervisor, you will be the go-to person for the school's daily upkeep, balancing team leadership with hands-on support:
Team Leadership: Lead, support, train, and mentor your daily cleaning team, ensuring tasks are allocated fairly and efficiently.
Quality Assurance: Maintain exceptionally high safety, hygiene, and presentation standards through regular site inspections and continuous improvement.
Facilities Management: Handle minor, day-to-day facilities tasks and manage site supplies and reporting.
Hands-on Support: Step in and assist with cleaning operations whenever required to support your team.
What You Bring to the Team
To be successful in this role, you need to be reliable, physically fit, and possess great communication skills.
Mandatory Requirements:
Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card) is strictly mandatory.
Recent National Police Check (or the immediate ability to obtain one).
Proven experience in commercial cleaning.
Physical capability to undertake hands-on, manual work.
Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport (occasional travel between local school sites may be required).
