Due to an increase in workload, the team are seeking two Property Acquisition Officers to join on a full time contract basis, initially engaged until June 2022 with the view to extend. Duties:Source available properties by reviewing open market websites and leveraging relationships with Real estate agentsInvestigate potentially suitable properties against customer land brief / requirement and undertake property due diligenceEngage valuation services to ascertain current market valuationInstruct and coordinate technical due diligence and legal servicesReport writing detailing property information and investigationsNegotiate with Real Estate Agents to agree price and other terms for propertyCoordinate land contract preparation and execution in conjunctions with legal officerAttend program status meetings and report on project statusWork order management (project creation, budgets and cashflow, and billing) within Ellipse enterprise system (training can be provided for this) Skills & Experience:Proven experience in managing property transactions (specifically acquisitions)High level written and oral communication skillsIt is expected that the successful candidate will possess strong oral/written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. They will display initiative, attention to detail, and have the ability to work autonomously and unsupervised whilst contributing to the wider team's objectives.
