The Shot Firer will be required to: Prepare, charge & fire in a safe and efficient manner;Follow safe explosive handling, transport and storage procedures;Maintain a high standard of record & house keeping;Be highly motivated and able to operate in both independent and team environments:Communicate effectively with the Open Pit team and other operational departments & contractors;Offer assistance when and as required in other areas of your teams operational duties.Basic computer skill essentialYou must be willing to undertake a pre-employment medical examination and instant drug and alcohol testing, to commence this assignment.
