You will play a crucial role in the development and operation of the project's data networks and communication platforms. The task location will be in Canberra. We are seeking a contractor to initially work until the end of June 2022, with an extension highly likely. Your remuneration will be determined by your qualifications and experience. To be successful in this role, you will:Transform the project's information exchange requirements into platform design assumptions. As a Business Process Analyst, you will keep yourself abreast of future tranche data needs, give guidance, improve documentation, develop new processes, and contribute new perspectives to assist the ERP system in optimising overall department outcomes. About the RoleInitial review and scope refining, including wide stakeholder input and the formulation of management plans;Analysis of data objects and value chain relationships in relation to DDH responsibilities and develop an 'engagement strategy';Provide advice on the VCDF Executive and ADFHQ resources to support SME data objects and value chain activitiesContribute to the weekly Directorate synchronisation meetings and progress reporting.Identify and advise on long-term SME related data objects and value chain-related sustainment demands of the proposed S4/HANA solution, as well as the resources needed to guarantee the JFA's relevant sustainment outcomes are optimised for the ERP system.Skills & ExperienceTo be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as the ability to interact and build relationships at all levels.8 years of practical experience in your field of expertise is required.SAP S4/HANA experience is prefered.SME Specialist or similar qualification at bachelor or tertiary level is highly prefered.Experience in the defence or large government department within the SME speciality field is highly desired.The candidate must be an Australian citizen, and NV1 security clearance is required.
