      My client is a national refurbishment and fit out group, with established Melbourne team who have a valuable repeat client list that offers stability and interesting projects.. Due to continued expansion this client has a requirement for an experienced Site Managers and Foremen to join its progressive team on a contract basis on both day and night shift – projects are varied and are up to $25m in size. With up to 4 projects commencing in the next 4-6 weeks they are seeking to identify talented individuals to either run a singular project to $10m, or act as 2IC on lagers projects up to $25m in size. As a Foreman/Site Manager with this group, you will be part of a high calibre team and work closely with your nominated Site/Project Manager whilst you will also have the support of CA/PC’s, but will have full responsibility for the planning, organising and managing the overall site including:Site control trade coordinationWorks and program planningInduction and safety analysisMaterial purchaseSub contractor selection & supervisionProject developmentCertification of occupancy These projects all have different challenges relating to program, logistics and finishes but we are specifically looking for individuals with proven experience in live environments, advanced stakeholder management skills particularly pertaining to clients and superintendents whilst you must also be able to demonstrate an unwavering commitment to best practise in OH&S. These are fantastic roles for a Foremen/Site Managers with demonstrated experience in refurbishment and fit-out who are looking to join a modern, progressive building group that continues to grow organically. Roles are commencing on a contract basis and equivelant to the $130k - $150k (day shift) range are available depending upon your level of experience.
