About your new role As a customer service representative you will be making calls to the general public to assist those who have tested positive for Covid- 19. Each call will be different, requiring you to be able to listen, understand and respond accordingly. You will be highly adaptable and need to update and maintain accurate records of each call on the database. This position will need you to show high levels of empathy, to check in with those who may be struggling and need further assistance.Making outbound calls to the general public Update and maintain database recordsHandle customer data and information with confidentialityNavigating multiple database and platformsCasual assignment with view to extendWork from home You will be required to commit to 38 hours per week, on a rotating roster.
