    Student support Officer| NSW GOVERNMENT Your organisation: You will be working with one of the largest education providers in Australia and contributing to the education of many students and future graduates. You will be providing clerical and administrative assistance to teaching teams within this organisation.Located in Strathfield, 5 minutes walk from the train station (with very limited parking around the immediate area) this is a full time position until 28/2/2022 - Working from home until further notice. To be successfulThe environment is open plan and successful candidates must have technology available to work from home if COVID restrictions apply. This role will work with other admin support officers and teaching teams in high volume and busy teaching sections. This role involves answering and triaging calls from a diverse range of students, triaging the email inbox, answering low level queries and performing transactional duties associated with student enrolment. It will also involve preparing documents, filing and running and manipulating reports as well as other duties as required.Skills required: •The role requires good organisational skills, initiative and ability to prioritise work.
