    Provides executive support to relevant project committees and assist in meeting the objectives of the various projects. Establishes and maintains reporting systems, project and financial databases. Provides research and data analysis support, including reporting to project committees and other staff within the office.Duties:Undertake program, project and administrative functions Designs develops and maintains relevant computer databases projects, and assists in the preparation of project status reports and working/briefing papers for network committees/working partiesTakes responsibility for identification of issues within project/program and communicates/escalates issues appropriately. Takes responsibility for the development of procurement and contract documentation for specific projects, and coordinates the procurement process in accordance with government policy.Provides executive support to relevant committees, including the preparation of agendas, minutes, and action statements, as required.Liaises with other Branches, Directorates and Divisions in regard to policy, legislation, regulation, and project matters and liaises with other government departments Develops and prepares systems and spreadsheets Skills:Demonstrates project management skills including the ability to plan, prioritise, make decisions, meet deadlines and manage resources.Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including demonstrated report writing.Ability to demonstrate initiative and to work with minimal supervision in a team environment.Demonstrates good problem-solving skills including analytical and conceptual skills.Knowledge of contemporary issues in the health sector.
