    This organisation offers child care, community programs, NDIS services, arts and other programs. They also have an art gallery attached to their offices and this is where the Reception role will be based. Along with administrative duties, you will be expected to welcome guests, take enquiries and also process sales of the artworks. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service and administrative experience along with the ability to work autonomously. Your responsibilities include: Greet guests that come into the gallery in a friendly and welcoming mannerAnswer calls and redirect to the right department and respond to enquiriesRespond to enquiries by emailData entry (Care Master database) and filingProcessing sales in the Gallery via cash and eftposPurchase office stock/ suppliesAd hoc administrative tasks as required by managementIdeally you will have:Proven reliability in previous rolesStrong customer service skillsMotivation to learn new skills and systemsGreat verbal and written communication skillsGood computer skills for data entry and emailsExperience working within the Indigenous Community will be highly regarded Please apply online with your updated CV if you have the experience required for this position.
