    The organisation: Our client is a highly reputable not-for-profit organisation focussing on assisting Queensland-based communities. They employ over 1000 people, and are located in the southern suburbs of Brisbane. Due to a recent acquisition, a newly created position has been made available for a Senior Management Accountant for a 12 month contract, with the possibility for extension. The role: Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be able to hit the ground running in a large, high performing finance team. Your role will include but is not limited to: Monthly P&L variance analysis, budgeting and cash flow forecastingBusiness partner with internal and external stakeholders from various departmentsPreparation of monthly board reporting packs and support the annual budget processSupport month-end tasks like BAS/FBT returns and other tax complianceAssist the leadership team by providing financial insights to support key decision-makingConduct ad-hoc analysis and scenario modelling to identify business opportunities and risks.
