The purpose of this role is to support the large payroll team and add value with system implementations / upgrades and provide advice around awards/ agreements. Key responsibilities:Lead a team of 10+ payroll officers, provide coaching and guidance as well as being the first point of contact with escalated queries. Support the busy end to end payroll function (5000+ employees) on a week, fortnightly and monthly basis. Interpret awards/ agreements to ensure a high level of compete accuracy in regards to data integrity and payroll calculations.Provide support for system implementation and subsequent team system training. Be a point of payroll queries escalation and adviceProvide support with any transaction errors associated with payroll systems including, SAP, ADP and Kronos.Assist with termination, superannuation and leave entitlement payments.Provide ad hoc support to the wide business.
