Experience:
- Experience as an Risk OR Governance administrator in a corporate environment, working with senior stakeholders.
- Experience working closely with boards or risk teams
- Discipline - able to maintain strict confidentiality of information, rigorous at following processes and completing tasks.
- Mature organisational skills - strong at planning, tracking status of tasks and keeping relevant stakeholders updated.
- Proactive mindset - anticipates stakeholders’ requirements and requests.
Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate meeting logistics.
- Assist with preparation of agendas, meeting packs and other materials required for Board and Committee meetings.
- Assist with collation of meeting packs, loading of meeting packs to BoardVantage and communication with meeting presenters.
- Store, access and distribute Board and Committee meeting documents in accordance with Group Governance procedures.
- Identify and participate in continuous improvement opportunities, including improvements to systems and processes used by Group Governance.
