Residential Sales Manager | Regional South Portfolio
A globally-backed industry leader in essential services, dedicated to the philosophy of 'To Prevent and Protect', is seeking an accomplished and strategic Residential Sales Manager to drive growth across a multi-site region, known as the 'South Region'.
This high-impact role is responsible for leading the residential sales strategy, managing revenue growth, and championing customer service excellence across multiple branches including Melbourne Residential, Geelong, Tasmania, Bendigo, Wodonga, and Adelaide.
The Core of the Role:
The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a dual focus on sales performance and superior customer experience, with a strong emphasis on building and managing a high-performing contact centre and customer service team.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Sales Leadership & Strategy:
Develop and execute regional residential sales strategies aligned with national goals.
Drive revenue growth through effective sales planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with branch managers to align local sales initiatives with regional objectives.
Call Centre Management:
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing call centre and customer service team focused on inbound and outbound residential sales.
Implement and monitor key KPIs, including conversion rates, customer satisfaction, call handling time, and sales targets.
Customer Experience Champion:
Champion a customer-first culture across all touchpoints.
Monitor customer feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure full alignment to marketing journeys to deliver the best customer experience.
Training & People Development:
Design and deliver training programs to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews to support team growth and accountability.
Reporting & Analytics:
Utilise CRM and call centre analytics tools to generate actionable insights.
Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
Required Skills and Experience:
5+ years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in a service-based or call centre environment.
Proven experience managing multi-site teams and driving regional performance.
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in KPI tracking and CRM systems.
Proven ability to lead and inspire large, diverse teams across multiple locations.
Deep understanding of residential sales cycles, customer acquisition, and revenue generation.
Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in the service industry, home services, or other B2C services is advantageous.
