This is a Part Time position. You will be instrumental in supporting key departmental functions, and undertaking a range of administration duties to support the team in regulation and compliance reporting and enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
Communication: Proven high-level ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively, both verbally
and in writing, with a broad range of other external parties at all levels.
Work Skills: Demonstrate motivation to learn new skills as required by the position with a proven ability to work with initiative and flexibility and to effectively prioritise a diverse and a sometimes heavy workload whilst meeting deadlines.
System management: Experience in records and data management.
Data Excellence: Utilise your excellent administration skills to provide administrative support, including preparing minutes, reports, letters, manuals, and other documentation in a clear, concise and logical manner, using sound word processing and spreadsheet software skills.

You are a highly capable and adaptable professional with:
Exceptional Communication: Outstanding communication skills in all areas are essential for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in a high-level administration within government departments OR regulation/compliance roles is a must.
Tech Proficiency: A strong aptitude for learning and utilising various software applications.
Clearance Ready: Must have a current National Police Clearance.
