Our client is looking for a Temporary Recruiter to join their dynamic team and help find exceptional candidates for a variety of roles.
This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your Workday expertise and make an immediate impact within a fast-paced environment. You'll be instrumental in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management, as well as assisting the team with ad-hoc tasks and recruitment administrations
What you'll do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of positions.
- Utilise Workday for all aspects of the recruitment process, including posting jobs, tracking applicants, scheduling interviews, and managing offers.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit with the company culture and role requirements.
- Conduct engaging interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
- Demonstrable and strong experience using Workday for recruitment functions is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
