About the role:
In this role, you will be required to provide recruitment support relating to employment contracts, recruitment support training and HR systems, ensuring smooth operations across the organisation
- We are currently seeking coverage of 2-3 weeks with the potential to extend
- Location: Laverton location with the some days required in Port Melbourne from time-to-time
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm
Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the HR team, including assisting with recruitment and associated records
- Assisting with other project work to support operations teams
- Supporting recruitment & training onboarding of new employees, induction programs, new starter paperwork, updating employee data, drafting employment documents, and actioning employment changes
- Assisting with the organisation of team events and social activities
- Responding to inquiries and serving as a point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting the implementation of office policies and procedures
- To review and assess services and products provided by existing and possible vendors of the best quality for price outlook where staff and the company can benefit.
About you
- Previous experience in a recruitment role is essential
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly approach
- The ability to travel between two main office - Laverton & Port Melbourne
