Key Responsibilities:
Accurately processing supplementary valuations for building permits, subdivisions, and consolidations.
Providing crucial administrative support to the Rates and Revenue teams
Handling ratepayer inquiries on the phone and in person, and preparing written responses to correspondence.
Maintaining the council's property, rates, and valuation database, including changes of ownership and address.
Ensuring accurate and timely processing
Processing Land Information Certificates and creating new property records
Key Skills:
Experience in Local Government property, rates, and valuations is highly desirable.
Pathway experience is desired but not essential.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
