The successful candidate will:Hold recognised Design qualifications with proven ability to use REVIT to an expert levelDemonstrate a high standard of drafting ability including an understanding of streetscaping, floor plan functionality, building massing, colours and materialsDisplay working ability to complete a high volume of working drawings to support each phase of the housing administration process including sales and compliancePossess knowledge of the planning permit process and Local Authority requirements including planning controls, overlays and State Government Policies; understanding of the NCC and relevant Australian Standards;Exhibit a high level of customer service by providing professional and competent advice to internal and external customers and maintaining meaningful relationships with key stakeholders Requirements of this role include:Min 1 year experience as a Draftsperson in a similar residential construction company;Advanced to Expert level proficiency in REVIT software;Experience with 3Ds Max or similar would be an advantage;Working with developers of over 50’s communities will be highly regarded.
