Due to significant growth, we are currently seeking a driven Operations Administrator to join the team.THE ROLEFull-time permanent Operations Administration role based in Dandenong South. The Operations Administrator reports directly to the Operations Manager and is required to provide support within the operations departments. The role is to provide administrative and operational support.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES• Offer support and assistance to the operations functions. • Manage all futiles within the operations department, call or email customers regarding futiles. Record the futiles within the Oasis and carry over the service as required. • Provide support in debriefing drivers answering the two-way radio and responding to the driver’s requests. • Print and compile daily run sheets. • Review and complete drivers run sheets in preparation for billing. • Scan and file daily run sheets to allow for billing to access them for processing. • Responsible for the Owner-Driver productivity and invoices for the branch. Understanding of the owner-driver RCTI process to ensure it is carried out correctly. • Assist with regulator required documentation including but not limited to EPA Transport Certificates, EPA vehicle permits and Biosecurity Log Forms. • Produce driver’s diary/day sheet and bin lists each day. • Booking in disposal loads with the appropriate facility e.g. prescribed waste • Provide operations support with vendor/supplier management, including but not limited to purchase orders and vendor set up. • Ensure that filing duties are attended to on a regular basis including run sheets and driver debrief forms. • Comply with all company policies, procedures, statements and updating registers. • Assist with Customer Service Centre and Sales enquiries. • Any other task/duties as requested by Operations Supervisor, Operations Manager or Regional Manager.• This role may include the requirement to perform First Aid or Warden duties in line with our emergency response procedures.PREREQUISITES• The incumbent will require strong verbal communication skills and a sound understanding of the phone system and two-way radio operating procedures. • A strong customer service attitude with a willingness to perform all functions in a manner to achieve this end. • Attention to detail with respect to data management and computer skills.
