      Reporting to the Head of People Experience and working closely with the Chief People Officer, the Remuneration and Benefits specialist will overseas this function. Responsibilities: Create and implement the remuneration strategy for presentation to the Executive Leadership team. Implement a consistent remuneration strategy and practice across East Coast offices.Oversee the data analysis, implementation and advising key stakeholders as required.
