      The Role:The Chief Administrative Officer role plays a critical part in not only the delivery of the organisation’s operating strategy, and is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of the office. The Chief Administrative Officer will provide key executive support to the General Secretary, and advise on critical and sensitive issues.The position collaborates heavily with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure the overall delivery of ambitions and well-considered recommendations. As part of the Leadership Team, the Chief Administrative Officer will oversee communications and board secretariat duties. Key Duties:Model good leadership and direction.Oversee three direct reports to achieve outstanding outcomes.Collaborate with other executives to develop cohesive advice for the General Secretary, and to deliver projects and initiatives.Oversee daily operations by coordinating with senior management and other leaders.
