We are seeking a proactive and motivated EPMO Project Officer to join our client's tean within the Governance & Assurance business group. This is a front-of-house, customer-facing role where you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding and supporting our P3 (Portfolio, Program, Project) community.
Key Accountabilities:
EPMO Front Door: Serve as a knowledgeable advisor and facilitator, providing a trusted "front of house" experience for diverse needs and requests across our enterprise.
Trusted Advisor: Support the passage of projects through key decision points, ensuring staff actions and documentation are completed efficiently and effectively.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Promote, support, and build the awareness and capability of our P3 community in EPMO processes, systems, and standards. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with our enterprise objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the refinement of our EPMO toolkit and actively capture lessons learned to drive ongoing improvements.
What You Will Bring:
We are looking for a professional who demonstrates:
Proven experience in implementing and building new practices.
Experience working in an EPMO/PMO and/or a performance improvement team.
Demonstrated experience in relationship management and customer service.
Some knowledge of EPMO frameworks and different project management methodologies.
Experience in the adoption or use of productivity or project management software.
