About The Role:
- Maintain the highest standard of EHSQ
- Deliver a project (or projects) from preconstruction to completion of defect liability period
- Build and maintain positive relationships both with project teams and external stakeholders
- Manage the financial and operational excellence across projects
- Understand and comply with relevant policies and practices
- Manage the development of project teams
- Identify and create strategies for profit improvement
- Manage project finance
- Develop and maintain positive client relationships
- Update project progress in SHAPE project Delivery System
- Ensure system compliance
- Quality management & defect minimisation
What You Will Need:
- 2-5 years Project Management experience within the commercial construction, ideally in Fit out and Refurbishment
- Able to pass a defence clearance (DCAC)
- Experience working on projects $5M+
- Strong knowledge of head contracts and subcontracts
- Solid understanding of project methodology, cost reporting, and programming
- Solid experience in interpreting specifications and drawings for accuracy and buildability
- Ability to manage a project to Australian Safety Standards
- Experience with JOBPAC and Procore (desired)
- Proven dedication to EHSQ principles
