We are looking for a Senior UX Project Manager for a 3-month contract, with an option to extend to lead the delivery of critical UX-focused digital projects. You will be the central point of accountability for projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that digital solutions meet the highest standards of usability, accessibility, and quality.You will act as the primary point of accountability, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams—including designers, developers, business analysts, and key stakeholders—to deliver measurable experience improvements. Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end delivery of UX and digital experience projects, managing scope, schedule, dependencies, and risks.
• Design Strategy: Embed user-centred design practices throughout the project lifecycle and validate outcomes through testing and evidence-based evaluation.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage and manage stakeholders across business units and technical teams, facilitating design sessions and project forums.
• Delivery Methodology: Utilize Agile, hybrid, or iterative approaches to integrate UX deliverables effectively with technical delivery.
• Compliance: Ensure outcomes comply with accessibility standards (WCAG) and adhere to enterprise design systems.

Core Requirements:

• Experience: Proven track record as a Senior Project Manager in UX/digital delivery.
• Methodology: Hands-on experience with Agile, hybrid, or iterative workflows in multi-vendor environments.
• UX Focus: Strong expertise in service design, user research, and accessibility (WCAG).
• Leadership: Expert at coordinating designers, developers, and BAs, while managing stakeholder expectations and project governance.
