🔑 Your Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and support project teams, ensuring clarity in roles and accountability

• Foster a positive, team-focused culture based on Professionalism, Quality, Teamwork, and Service

• Implement performance systems and drive team excellence

Project Planning & Execution

• Identify project risks and manage mitigation strategies

• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and reports

• Oversee and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers

Performance & Delivery

• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and to high-quality standards

• Manage changes, issues, and stakeholder communications

• Conduct post-project reviews to support continuous improvement

Meetings & Communication

• Lead client and team meetings with structured agendas and follow-up actions

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and ensure project goals stay front of mind

Quality, Safety & Documentation

• Uphold commitment to OH&S across all sites

• Ensure proper project documentation and adherence to an Integrated Management System

Business & Leadership Support

• Provide technical input for new tenders and costings

• Serve as an escalation point for project-related client issues

• Act as a delegate for senior leadership when required
