We’re working with a leading enterprise driving a portfolio of complex data initiatives across multiple business units. With delivery underway and strong technical capability in place, we’re seeking a seasoned Program Manager to provide structure, governance, and alignment across the broader data landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic oversight across multiple data projects and delivery squads

• Establish program governance, SteerCo reporting cadence, and executive-level visibility

• Surface key decisions, track RAIDDs, and maintain alignment across business and technical streams

• Collaborate with technical experts (data engineers, BI leads, analysts, platform managers) to evaluate delivery options and trade-offs

• Partner with business sponsors to clarify and prioritise requirements (supported by Business Analysts)

• Pressure-test delivery timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure work is sequenced effectively

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of data solutions: from requirement gathering through to cleansing, migration, transformation, and business enablement

• Support uplift in data governance and data quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrated experience managing complex data programs across large-scale organisations

• Proven ability to lead multiple streams of work concurrently, balancing structure with agility

• Strong communication and executive stakeholder engagement, including SteerCo reporting

• Comfortable navigating both Agile and Waterfall environments

• Experience breaking down the full data project lifecycle into actionable plans and dependencies

• Experience working with offshore teams is a bonus
