They are also a leader in innovative and sustainable building solutions, focusing on low-carbon construction and circular economy practices. This role is located in Laverton North.
12 Month Production Administrator Contract
Monday to Friday working 4-5 hours per day - flexible hours (finish by 2pm)
Commencing July
6 weeks training
The Opportunity
The successful applicant will need to be very punctual, reliable, and prepared to ‘go the extra mile’ to provide great service.
You will be responsible for
- Receive & Dispatch
- Friendly customer service to customer and clients
- Updating orders (pallets, confirming customer details etc)
- Respond to all customer request via phone and email
- Scanning and filing of documents
- Assist in day to day operations
- Liaising with drivers both local and line haul
- Adhoc duties
To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have:
- SAP experience preferred
- Fast and accurate data entry skiils
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Reliable and self motivated
