About the Role
- Managing project schedules, deadlines, and costs to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Collating budget and expenditure data and maintaining strong financial awareness for project viability.
- Coordinating external providers and scheduling all necessary meetings.
- Collecting and analysing needs to define project requirements effectively.
- Facilitating project communications and preparing presentation materials for various meetings.
- Supporting continuous improvement processes and performing quality assurance/verification of calculations from modelling.
- Preparing and processing complex calculations and detailed data analysis.
- Supporting senior team members with administrative functions, including collating contracts, timesheets, and reports.
- Contributing to the company's commitment to accurate salary payments for over 2,000 employees through more efficient and stable processes.
About You
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for robust data handling and analysis.
- Knowledge of quality control through data collation, auditing, or compliance checks.
- Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills to facilitate project communications.
- Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
- A collaborative team player with good work ethics, able to take initiative.
- Exposure to Workday or SAP is ideal, or a strong general aptitude for learning new IT systems quickly.
