About the role:
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for Australia and New Zealand, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Manage a subset of the ANZ payroll team, monitoring workflows and deadlines.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for ANZ payroll issues, managing employee, business, and vendor queries.
- Act as a key contact for payroll vendors and time & attendance systems.
- Lead local statutory reporting and support payroll audits.
- Utilise a major payroll system; knowledge of other HRIS platforms will be considered a strong advantage.
About the candidate:
- Extensive ANZ payroll experience managing both salaried and hourly payroll.
- Proven experience with ADP Payforce is essential, Workday and Service Now an added bonus.
- Strong knowledge of ANZ payroll regulations, statutory reporting, and year-end processes.
- Demonstrated experience leading payroll-related projects.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
