We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Office Manager to join an expert Air Conditioning Company in Fyshwick. This role offers a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, combining impactful customer interactions and coordination of office functions. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, adaptable at managing multiple tasks, and a versatile all-rounder.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure strict compliance with all operational and logistical company procedures.
- Support counter sales activities, including processing customer and sales orders, verifying stock availability, handling customer inquiries and account management, managing credit returns, and invoicing.
- Facilitate the efficient and timely delivery of products to customers.
- Contribute to maintaining accurate inventory records at branches.
- Participate in and support stock-take procedures as directed by management.
- Assist the Branch Manager across various areas, including general office administration, operational oversight, and staff support.
- Maintain the branch's appearance and cleanliness.
- Perform diverse administrative tasks.

- Previous experience in an Office Management role within a sales, warehouse, or a trade-based setting.
