A growing business within the financial services and technology sector is seeking an Office Administrator/Receptionist to support day-to-day office operations and enhance the overall office experience. This role plays a key part in maintaining a well-run workplace, supporting internal events, and assisting with administrative and executive coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management & Reception
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office environment
- Greet visitors, handle incoming communications, and ensure a professional front-of-house experience
Event & Employee Engagement Support
- Assist in planning and delivering internal events and employee engagement initiatives
- Support onboarding and contribute to a positive workplace culture
Operational & Executive Support
- Provide administrative support to operational teams and assist with project tracking and process improvement
- Support executive leadership with scheduling, travel coordination, and document preparation
Health & Safety
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards
- Conduct regular audits and coordinate relevant training
