Our client, a local real estate agency, is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to provide essential support to their team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced office where your administrative skills can truly make a difference, this could be the role for you!
About the Role
As an Office Administrator, you'll be the heart of the sales team, handling a diverse range of administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, entering and uploading properties, assisting in preparing marketing materials, covering reception duties, answering calls and directing them, general administration tasks and office duties when required.
... - Managing all administrative tasks related to property listings and sales, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinating and placing advertising and marketing materials in various media, and preparing sales contracts and correspondence.
- Collaborating with the sales team to coordinate property marketing elements, including photography and floor plans.
- Organising weekly sales meetings, collecting contributions, and preparing/distributing agendas and minutes.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including word processing and general administrative duties.
