The ideal candidates will have strong administrative and organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in relevant software. These roles require a professional demeanour and a commitment to providing excellent service to both staff and clients. A willingness to work up to 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, is essential.
Key Requirements:
To be considered for these roles, we are looking for:
Demonstrated experience providing excellent patient service, including booking appointments and accurately handling payments, billing, and claims.
The ability to manage patient records and communications with other medical professionals, ensuring all information is accurate and accessible.
Proficiency in administrative tasks, problem-solving, and various user systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
A current Working with Children (WWC) Check.
Full working rights in Australia.
