About the role
- Investigating and resolving application-related issues and technical bugs.
- Maintaining support processes and ensuring all requests are handled according to procedures.
- Documenting all technical activities and their outcomes.

- Conducting end-user training as needed.
About you
- You bring a minimum of two years of experience with Kronos (UKG Pro Workforce Management).
- Essential experience with SAP payroll and Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) interpretation.
- A solid background in service management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with colleagues and clients.
- A proven history of delivering on commitments and achieving results.
