We are partnering exclusively with a people-focused financial services organisation. They are currently looking for a collaborative Junior Business Partner to join their Sydney team and support the organisation on a variety of projects during an exciting period of growth and transformation.
This is a twelve-month fixed-term contract role that can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
... - Manage & partner with business units, acting as their SME for all things Human Resources.
- Provide HR Advice, guidance and recommendations to managers and employees across the employee life-cycle.
- Collaborate with the broader HR team to drive initiatives including benefits harmonisation, employee engagement action plan, policy integration, and more.
- With support from the P&C Manager, manage complex employee relations matters by supporting line managers with performance management, disciplinary processes, and employee conduct concerns, while also providing expert guidance on key issues.
- Drive organisational culture and employee engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with the P&C Manager to support the remuneration review process, including benchmarking, performance-based outcomes, and ensuring internal equity.
The ideal candidate will have significant HR Generalist experience and will have worked in a highly regulated environment such as financial services. You will enjoy being a member of a team that regularly collaborates with one another and each HR member will often wear multiple hats. Excellent communication and partnering skills, along with the ability to adapt to new environments quickly will benefit you in this role.
