Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall contract deliverables including KRAs, contract reporting, fault monitoring and completion, preventative maintenance inspections, scoping, and planning works.
Collaborate closely with the Fault Coordinator to ensure timely resolution of faults and submission of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) with complete documentation.
Oversee fault management in alignment with contract KRAs to ensure service quality and compliance.
Prepare and deliver quotations for provisional works packages.
Submit progress claims in accordance with contract requirements.
Track daily costs, comparing revenue against expenditure, and manage purchase order requisitions including new requests and review of open PO reports.
Conduct end-of-month reviews using cost tracking sheets and ERP systems to monitor financial performance.
Lead program forecasting and scheduling activities, including job planning, resource management, permits acquisition, and forward forecasting in scheduling meetings.
Procure necessary supplies, materials, and ensure equipment booking aligns with task requirements.
Manage subcontractors in compliance with Downer’s Supplier/Subcontractor Management Procedure, monitor contract performance, and conduct random compliance audits.
Lead client contract operational and monthly meetings, maintaining strong stakeholder communication.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in ITS engineering or contract management within infrastructure or engineering sectors.
Strong knowledge of fault management, maintenance planning, and contract administration.
Proficiency with ERP systems and cost tracking tools.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractor performance effectively.
