We’re seeking a personable and technically adept Systems Administrator to join a large-scale onsite support team, working from the dedicated Tech Bars within office locations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about helping others with technology in a fast-paced, face-to-face support environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support to staff via walk-up Tech Bar, phone, and service tickets
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across laptops, workstations, and AV equipment
Deliver excellent customer service and build strong user relationships
Maintain and support end-user technology including Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and collaboration tools
Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve issues and enhance user experience
About You:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, customer-first approach
Proven experience in a customer-facing IT support role
Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 and common enterprise software
Experience supporting end-user devices and AV systems
Driven, reliable, and genuinely enthusiastic about solving problems and helping people
