PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

The key accountabilities may be modified from time to time to ensure outcomes. Without limiting the above, the key responsibilities of the position include:

• L1-L3 support
• Providing first response ICT technical support to diagnose and resolve ICT Service Desk queries
• Contribute to the delivery of a responsive and effective ICT Service Desk.
• Troubleshooting and resolving ICT operational issues, including incoming client and staff hardware and software queries in person, remotely, via email and over the phone.
• Install, implement and support corporate ICT Systems (hardware, software, network, intranet, internet).
• Configuring and maintaining all computers and mobile devices to the standard operating environment (SOE).
• Assist with development, coordination and delivery of training and support materials.
• Identify and implement improvement opportunities to advance processes for service delivery and ICT support processes.
• Ensuring the company Cyber Security standards are implemented on computers, mobile devices and software installations.
• Maintaining and repairing IT hardware, including liaising with third-party providers.
• Assistance with the delivery of IT projects across the business and liaising with relevant stakeholders

• 5+ years minimum experience in a same/similar role
• Knowledge of Microsoft products/applications
• Knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, computer hardware and peripherals.
• Knowledge of endpoint security applications, Cyber Security controls and practices.
• Experience with PowerApps/Power Automate would be ideal
