The Role

Providing hands-on support for professional profile development.
Facilitating recruitment process coaching and conducting feedback sessions to ensure preparedness.
Assisting in the delivery of training and professional development sessions.
Researching and providing resources on current job market trends and industry demands.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Coordinator, Recruiter, or in a similar role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A high degree of empathy and the ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse range of individuals.
