HR Partners are seeking a stand out individual to join our clients team as a HR coordinator, based on-site 5 days a week, in the Eastern Suburbs. This vital role provides an opportunity to significantly contribute to the HR function, joining a service provider that places high value on professional excellence and human connection.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the transition to a new HRIS platform, with ongoing responsibility for HRIS management.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
- Delivering first-line HR support to 300+ employees and managers, ensuring compliance with policies and assisting with training coordination and other HR projects.
About you:
- 2+ years’ experience in a Human Resources support role, ideally within a compliance-focused setting.
- Proficiency with ELMO HRIS, particularly in managing employee lifecycle processes, learning and development initiatives, and data reporting.
- A strong inclination for teamwork, contributing positively to a cooperative workplace culture.
