Our client, a leading financial provider, is looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner to join their growing Sydney team on a permanent basis. Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a HR Advisor, supporting their development and enabling strong operational delivery
- Partner with business leaders to enhance employee engagement, communication, and workforce effectiveness
- Maintain strict adherence to employment legislation, awards, company policies, and procedures within a highly regulated environment.
- Support the remuneration review process including benchmarking, performance-based outcomes, and internal equity.
- Contribute to strategic talent initiatives including succession planning, career development and internal mobility
- Drive continuous improvement in HR systems, processes, and employee experience
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in a HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist role.
- Proven track record managing employee relations matters and driving performance improvement outcomes.
