Our client is an industry leading Aged Care provider, currently on the lookout for a passionate and professional individual to join their growing HR team. This is a full-time permanent role with genuine career progression on offer.
As the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for HR activities across the employee lifecycle. Providing HR advice, generalist support and coaching to your designated region in all facets of HR.
You will gain hands-on experience in areas such as employee relations and engagement, learning and development, performance management, coaching and mentoring, reporting, and WHS.
Along with BAU, this role will also gain experience with driving initiatives to achieve HR strategic goals, undertake HR projects and contribute to HRIS implementation. Working in this varied role where no two days are the same, some of your key responsibilities include:
Key Accountabilities:
- Act as a trusted partner to managers on ER issues, providing guidance and coaching as needed
- Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Provide training and support to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Lead various HR initiatives and contribute to the development and delivery of projects
- Ensure adherence to employment laws, industrial agreements, and internal organisational policies
- Promote a positive work culture in a collaborative team environment
Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management (or equivalent experience)
- Previous working experience in a HR Business Partner role or similar
- Outstanding relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of Awards, EBAs, HR and Payroll Statutory and Legislative requirements
- A team player with a collaborative and solutions focused approach
