... Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders to align HR outcomes with business goals.
- Provide expert HR advice and coaching on all people-related matters.
- Offer thought leadership in talent, performance, IR/ER, reward, change, and D&I.
- Develop HR solutions for business challenges with Centers of Expertise.
- Support IR negotiations and strategy.
- Manage complex ER issues and ensure compliance.
- Drive a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Lead and support change management initiatives.
- Support the digitisation of HR processes.
- Implement strategies to improve gender participation and diversity.
To be successful in this position, you have/be:
- Proven experience in a similar role ideally within FMCG or suppply chain or similar blue collar and unionised industries.
- Strong business partnering skills and the ability to act as a trusted adviser
- Strong knowledge of Industrial Relations (IR) and relevant legislation.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cultural change and transformation initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with influencing business leaders, stakeholders and implementing a strategy.
