We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Business Partner (Generalist) to join a leading manufacturing business. Working onsite with a dynamic workforce, this is your chance to build strong relationships, influence business outcomes, and grow your HR toolkit across a diverse range of initiatives.
Key Responibilities:
- Build trusted relationships with leaders to support workforce planning, succession discussions, and people strategies aligned to business goals
- Lead the implementation of culture and engagement campaigns, including global initiatives tailored to the local workforce
- Design and deliver internal L&D programs, including HR-specific learning content and leadership development modules
- Identify subject matter experts (SMEs) to support local and regional “train-the-trainer” initiatives
- Collaborate with the Regional L&D Lead on capability planning, high-potential identification, and development pathways
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from briefing to offer stage, including pipeline building and interview coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure best-fit hires aligned to role requirements and cultural values
- Lead workforce planning activities in line with annual operating plans and future growth targets
- Deliver operational end-to-end HR support, including contracts, onboarding, policy interpretation, and exit processes
- Provide guidance on low-volume employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policy and legislation
- Maintain data accuracy and generate workforce reports via in-house HRIS (currently transitioning to SuccessFactors; highly customised and process-heavy)
Our ideal candidate will have:
... - Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in an HR generalist role, preferably within manufacturing, retail, FMCG, or consumer-facing sectors
- Strong interest or demonstrated experience in learning and development, with exposure to facilitation or training design
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and coach at all levels while maintaining a respectful and inclusive approach
- Comfortable working in a process-driven, structured environment with traditional corporate elements
