Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including advertising, application management, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
• Maintain recruitment-related data and assist in contract management for labour hire and consultancy engagements.
• Support streamlined recruitment processes across APS, contractor, and consultancy positions.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for all types of workers.

Generalist HR Support

• Support implementation and monitoring of WHS, wellbeing, L&D, culture and inclusion programs.
• Provide HR advice based on legislation, policy, and procedures.
• Maintain and improve HR documentation, policies, and systems.
• Deliver HR support services via inbox management and stakeholder communication.

Essential Criteria

• Previous experience in a HR team, ideally within recruitment or generalist roles (desirable)
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, changing environment.
• Understanding of HR policies and principles; experience interpreting and applying HR legislation is desirable.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting focus as needed.
