We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Care Workers to join our growing team in Colac, Victoria.

✅ Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A relevant qualification in Aged Care, Disability or Individual Support

• A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDIS Clearance)

• Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module

• CPR and First Aid certificates (current and valid)

• A reliable vehicle with full comprehensive insurance

• Availability for at least 3 days per week

🛠 Duties May Include:

• Assisting clients with personal care and hygiene

• Support with shopping, meal preparation, and domestic tasks

• Transport to medical or social appointments

• Social support and companionship

• Working with clients to maintain independence in the home and community
