As the Head of Property, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies to execute seamless strategies and drive growth. Your experience will be pivotal in maintaining the operational and financial performance of the property portfolio, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and leading teams to success.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Property Management: Develop and execute property strategies in alignment with the organization’s business goals. Lead the management of property acquisitions, leases, and negotiations.
Project Oversight: Oversee complex property projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Financial Stewardship: Manage the financial performance of the property portfolio, including developing and implementing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting procedures.
Facilities Maintenance & Compliance: Ensure facilities are well-maintained, compliant with industry standards, and meet the required safety and environmental regulations.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, regulatory bodies, and service providers.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of property specialists, providing strategic direction and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Significant experience in property and facilities management, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing large-scale portfolios.
Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, forecasting, and delivering financial results.
Proven leadership and project management skills, with the ability to deliver complex projects within budget and on time.
Extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and maintaining compliance with regulations.
Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive organizational change.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and manage relationships at senior levels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Property, Business, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in property management, project management, or facilities management are highly desirable.
Significant experience in managing both the strategic and operational aspects of property and facilities management.
