The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead and elevate their global marketing efforts. This is a key leadership role that requires a visionary with a deep understanding of the beauty industry, a passion for brand development, and a proven track record in driving growth through innovative marketing strategies. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the brand's vision and business objectives. You will lead a high-performing marketing team and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset and be able to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
Enhance and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all channels.
Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Collaborate with other teams, including product development and sales.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the beauty industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand growth.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
